Thank you for your interest on this issue andreas_k. :)

I have applied your patch to neon unstable. The icons are different now, but
the tooltip of 'Multimedia' icon does not appear if System Settings window is
maximized. This occurs on Wayland, not tested X11 yet. Please watch the
attached screen recording.
