Cannot reproduce at 200% scale without messing with the font DPI at all.

Is this by any chance happening after you switch between the X11 and Wayland
sessions? If so, it might be Bug 429057.

Does it go away if you clear the Plasma cache with `rm ~/.cache/plasma*`?
