Cannot reproduce at 200% scale on X11 with the Blur and Background Contrast
effects disabled.

To check if it is a cache problem, can you see if it goes away if you delete
the Plasma SVG cache and restart plasmashell using `rm ~/.cache/plasma* ;
plasmashell --replace`?
