Well, I think the current proposition makes the old proposition obsolete.
Indeed, by removing the background of the normal and minimized states, it puts
more emphasis on the focus, attention and progress states.
So I would suggest to discuss the current proposition first.
The good news is that today, I discovered how to modify the .svg file without
messing up everything, so I can finish the merge request properly next time.
