This is a tricky bug to fix.
Normally we use color-aware monochrome icons which would adapt as needed.
However this is a non-color-aware colorful icon that just happens to be dark
without a light outline, so its visibility against dark backrounds is poor.
Moving to breeze-icons. I guess we could make the dark part color-aware despite
being a colorful icon? Or add a light-colored border? Or something.
