Runtime is fine. Run these commands in a terminal window:

```
export PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1
rm ~/.cache/plasma*
plasmashell --replace
kwin_x11 --replace
```

...Then lock the screen and let me know if the problem is fixed.
