STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > window management > task switcher, set "Large Icons"
task switcher under "Visualization"
2. click on Vaults applet in systray, click on "Create a new Vault..." button
3. press alt+tab and hold alt key

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, icon of "Create a new Vault..."
window is pixelated

EXPECTED RESULT
crisp icon
