device notifier applet

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  set global theme to breeze and plasma style to breeze dark in system
settings
2. right click on any of the following applets in systray: clipboard, media
player, notifications, sound, device notifier, keyboard indicator and display
configuration and choose "Configure <applet>": observe the icons of the
settings window in its window decoration, task manager and task switcher
(alt+tab). We can see three different icons. The attached screenshot shows the
device notifier case.
4. right click on any default widget of plasma panel (kickoff, task manager,
system tray, show desktop/minimize all windows) or on any widget added by you
on desktop/panel, choose "Configure <widget>: again the settings window has
three different icons. The attached screenshot shows the system tray case.

EXPECTED RESULT
all settings windows should have the same icon in its window decoration, task
manager and task switcher (alt+tab)
