Interestingly, it does not occur when using plasma's new feature to have the
Plasma Theme adapt to the Colour Scheme.

Broken:
Selecting the "Breeze Dark" Plasma Style

Works:
Selecting "Breeze" Plasma Style and using the Breeze Dark colourscheme
