krunner too big
SUMMARY
After upgrading my KDE Neon install on 2020-02-10, some things have been
seeming off regarding the plasma desktop. Speficially:
* Krunner seems "too big"
* Sliders in Latte dock configuration are too big
* Panel edit buttons are too big
* Menu items seem too big (especially the bright blue line around the "search"
box)
At this point, I am not sure if this happens because of scaling. The odd thing,
however, is, that it does not occur on my laptop's scaled screen. Only when I
am using external unscaled screens (with the laptop screen turned off).
It seemingly affects plasma 5.17.5 and plasma 5.18
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use an unscaled display (with a scaled display turned off?)
2. Configure to use the Breeze Dark plasma style
3. Start krunner
OBSERVED RESULT
Items (especially buttons) seem too big
EXPECTED RESULT
Items (especially buttons) are of normal size
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon User Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have moved away ~/.config in its entirety, and everything was restored to
normal. The moment I apply the "Breeze Dark" plasma style, the bug occurs
again.

I've also created a forum post regarding this issue because initially thought
(and am still not confident it isn't) an issue on my end:
