[Breeze] [Bug 420270] Monochrome icons are barely visible. Sometimes they are correctly rendered on mouseover.

Can you check if this persists with another widget theme (fusion, oxygen), to
see if this is breeze specific. There have been some recent changes inside
breeze about icon coloring via kiconloader ....
