STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open system settings > desktop behavior > virtual desktops
3. set 2 rows and 4 virtual desktops
4. enable both "Show on-screen display when switching" and "Show desktop layout
indicators" options
5. set fractional display scaling in display and monitor > display
configuration (I use 1.2 scale factor)
6. switch between your virtual desktops

OBSERVED RESULT
OSD shows pixelated arrows

EXPECTED RESULT
OSD shows crisp arrows
