This seems like a totally reasonable request and I think we should do it. It
seems like the only potentially challenging piece is implementation, since each
app has its own specially-crafted View menu, whereas they mostly just use the
unadulterated Settings menu. So we'd need to patch all apps to make the action
show up in their view menu in the appropriate location.
