Proposed solution:

(1) Create a new icon set (same for light and dark themes).

 - Style: based on "application-pdf" / "application-epub+zip" (logo-only for
smaller icons; logo-on-a-book for larger icons)

 - Logo: paperclip, paperclip with/inside a sheet, or similar

 - Colour: violet (light shade)

(2) Apply the new set to both "image-vnd.djvu+multipage" (highest priority) and
"image-vnd.djvu".
