Gross, this uses its own images in kio:src/widgets/images rather than images
from any icon theme. Most of that code in kio:src/widgets/kacleditwidget.cpp
and kio:src/widgets/kacleditwidget_p.h can just be ripped out, but first we'd
need Breeze icons to use instead. For that, I've filed Bug 407782.
