The changes to the button since 5.15 were cosmetic, this being the most that
was done:

But just to check, does this happen with other themes? You can try the Breeze
5.14 theme in the store (there the button is still called "Different User").

Seems like a Qt 5.13 bug one way or another as the button is working fine in
KDE Neon Unstable which has 5.12.
