SUMMARY

As we can see in the attached screenshot, both title bar and task switcher
(alt+tab)
shows an icon, the task bar shows another icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open gparted on KDE Plasma
2. Observe its icon in the title bar, task manager and task switcher (alt+tab).

EXPECTED RESULT
gparted only has one icon
