Thank you for the bug. Unfortunately there are several issues with it:
1. You're using an old version of Breeze icons. Several of the icons in the
screenshot have since changed (network, hard disk, root, and emblem icons)
2. This mega-bug-report one is not actionable because its scope is far too
broad. "please consider developing a new set of breeze icons" is waaaaaaay
outside the scope of a bug report.
Please upgrade to a more recent version of KDE frameworks and open new bugs to
track individual issues you encounter with Breeze icons--one bug report per
issue. See
