To be honest, I don't like it. :( Feels too cartooney and too simple. I don't
think it really fits the full-color Breeze icon style: there's no gradient, no
shadowing, and that thick dark outline isn't common. And it doesn't connote
that the bell is ringing; on that front, making it diagonal rather than
vertically oriented might help.
