New bug in plasmashell 5.8.7
After resuming from suspend the bottom few pixels of the panel are black and
also a small rectangle in the bottom right of the screen which obscures the
last digit of the clock.
Restarting plasmashell fixes it.
I am running nouveau graphics driver.
