Currently, in the Breeze icon set, the System Settings icon and Konsole icon
have similar background color. This makes it bit difficult to visually
distinguish when both these icons are present in, say, the icons task manager. 
In task manager, since all icons are small in size, the only way to visually
differentiate them is through their background colour. But, since both these
icons are black in colour, it takes some effort in distinguishing them.

Would be great if either one of them are changed. 

I am attaching the picture of my desktop to indicate the difficulty.
