On Opensuse (42.2 or Tumbleewed), go to "Configure Desktop >> Icons >> Select
Breeze Dark >> click Apply" , nothing change, the icons system stay like normal
breeze, this bug appear since opensuse 13.2 and tumbleweed snapshot of that
time.
