[Breeze] [Bug 354820] KMail2 Tray icon doesn't match Breeze icon theme

The bug still persists, and as I described in comment 14. I'm using breeze
icons and the breeze dark desktop theme. If new mail arrives, all I see is a
black area where the icon is, presumably because the icon is black. When
there's no new mail, the icon is white and readable. This is on Plasma 5.9.
