New Goals for the Team in 2017-2018

Hi team,

I recently had the pleasure to attend Akademy along Jens from our VDG team.
This time, the conference took place in Almeria, Spain. We gathered to
review and discuss some of the changes we want to work toward in brining
KDE to the next level. In talking to developers and other attendees, we
came up with a high level list of goals that I would like to share with you.

This is exciting work that we are tasked to do. Please note that we want to
achieve good ideas and objectives in the coming months to push Plasma even
further.
