The *.iso files are files, not hardware. The CDs are already used in the
"devices" section of Breeze. Also, though a common use of *.iso is to
write it on a real CD, this is going to disappear: most users flash it
on USB drives, mount it for VMs or extract it. The reference to the disk
is maintained as symbol, but using a disk shape for me it's exaggerated
considering what above.

In fact it's mostly for programming languages that users usually don't
open. And they look more "professional".

I understand, but it's the Breeze style and works really well for action
icons.

I think a folder with 1500 files of the same type will always have a bad
look, try smaller sizes like 22px or previews.

The constructive feedback is always appreciated. Breeze
"pixel-perfection" will be maintained with high resolution displays with
2x, 3x, 4x scaling factors: a line that now use exactly a line of pixels
with a scaling factor of 2x will use exactly two lines of real pixels,
etc.
