Hello

I noticed that Gtk::SpinButton's minus button lacked an icon and instead of
showing a minus it showed a generic "missing-image" image:

Turns out that the image was not missing, that IS the image.
/usr/share/icons/breeze/actions/symbolic/list-remove-symbolic.svg

Please fix the icon so that it looks like "-" to match the "+".
