These icons are from Mageia: "net_applet" for network settings and "mmgaapplet"
for software updates.

In System Settings -> Workspace Theme -> Desktop Theme, I tried all the themes,
the icons change except in the taskbar, they are always the same.
In System Settings -> Workspace Theme -> Look And Feel, I also tried all the
themes and the taskbar icons never change.

See the screenshot in the attachment above, it doesn't change anything, icons
can't be enlarged.
