Default assignee for Breeze bugs, part deux

Hello VDGers,

I heard that Uri Herrera doesn't contribute to KDE development
anymore. His developer account was disabled a while ago. However,
today I noticed he's still the default assignee for Breeze -> Icons
bug reports in Bugzilla.

What should I change it to? Should I just set this mailing list as the
default assignee?
