            Bug ID: 355879
Summary: Some hover tool tips in "Breeze" theme have no
                    contrast (barely readable)
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.4.2
          Platform: Kubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Theme - Breeze
          Assignee: visual-design at kde.org
          Reporter: frederic.mohr at gmail.com
                CC: plasma-bugs at kde.org

The tool tips (hover over tool for short description or name) in some
applications (e.g. GIMP, Inkscape, Aptana Studio) have next to no contrast with
a light background and light text color.

In other apps (e.g. Krita, Thunderbird) it works perfectly fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open GIMP or Inkscape
2. Hover over tool (see screenshot)
3. Try to read tool tip

Actual Results:
text is barely readable due to lack of contrast

Expected Results:
light background, dark text colour (like in thunderbird)

The system colors seem to be dark background, light text color (dolphin, system
activity, network-manager, etc.) while thunderbird (and others such as krita,
owncloud-client) seem to be using their own colors (light background which
differs between apps and a dark text color)
