Default assignee for Breeze bugs

Sorry I may not have been entirely clear.

The bug reports from bugs.kde.org for Plasma Breeze theme
need to go somewhere by default. They went to Andrew's mail,
he does not want them to go to his mail anymore.

Therefore any bug reports from bugs.kde.org for Plasma Breeze
would go to this mailing list by default. Ie. whenever someones
opens a bug at bugzilla, a mail with bugzilla link will arrive here.

Please let me know if you want the Plasma Breeze bugs
go elsewhere, otherwise I'll set it up for this mailing list.
