SUMMARY
Plasma's Tiling feature is practically undiscoverable unless you accidentally
press Meta + T

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to find the custom tiling feature
2. Fail

OBSERVED RESULT
It is pretty difficult for a normal user to find out that Plasma has a custom
tiling feature. Shame, since it is pretty good with large monitors.

EXPECTED RESULT
Perhaps a Settings KCM in System Settings -> Window Management -> Custom
Tiling. Maybe add some options like, Always use custom tiling, Activate custom
tiling shortcut, etc..
