STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play some media
2. Click on the Power and Battery widget


OBSERVED RESULT
No inhibitions listed, and the system eventually goes to sleep


EXPECTED RESULT
Sleep inhibited and listed in the widget

Works as expected in 25.04.1; regression in git master
