STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Install plasma-camera-1.0^20240615.212920.2b92073-2.fc42.x86_64

2. Select the configuration icon (it has no label).

3. Select "Report a bug".

OBSERVED RESULT

I am redirected to
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided&product=plasma-camera&version=#error_msg:~:text=Sorry%2C%20either%20the%20product%20plasma-camera%20does%20not%20exist%20or%20you%20aren't%20authorized%20to%20enter%20a%20bug%20into%20it,
where it states "Sorry, either the product plasma-camera does not exist or you
aren't authorized to enter a bug into it."

EXPECTED RESULT

I should be able to report a bug! This would be a terrible experience for a
novice user.
