I don't see this on git-master Dolphin using Breeze or Breeze Dark or a custom
color theme with Breeze Dark

Do you also see this with the default Breeze theme (and Breeze everything like
window decorations)?
If you see it with default themes, colors and windows I'm wondering if the
display settings are contributing. In this case, what are the settings for this
display?
