SUMMARY
You can't create a filename with a colon (:) character inside the name when
connected to a mounted device like a phone storage through USB or Bluetooth for
example.

This works fine locally, but whenever you try to do it on a mounted filesystem
like a phone for example, it simply errors.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a phone through USB or Bluetooth as storage.
2. Try to create a new file or copy a file that has a colon (:) it its name,
for example this:text.txt using either dolphin or the console.

OBSERVED RESULT
You won't be able to create the file as it shows you an error even though that
name is valid. You can use a colon in the local filesystem, no problems.

EXPECTED RESULT
You should be able to write valid filenames into a mounted filesystem,
including filenames with a colon in it, as you can do in the local filesystem.
Literally it will error if you copy and paste a valid file that includes a
colon in the name.
