Alright, because https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504207 was about the same
dialog and you've moved it from polkit to plasmashell, so I'm bit confused.

I'm not sure if this really a polkit dialog? Doesn't a polkit dialog usually
ask for my $user password and not for a vpn-user password? But what do I know.
