SUMMARY
After kirigami was upgraded from 6.13.0 to 6.14.0, when the kde system Settings
were opened, the kde desktop crashed when the mouse wheel was scrolling

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade the Arch Linux system to the latest version, especially kirigami to
6.14.0
2. Open the system Settings
3. Place the mouse on the scroll bar and scroll the wheel up and down

OBSERVED RESULT
The system Settings window closes automatically, and a prompt pops up at the
lower right corner saying "System Settings were accidentally closed."

EXPECTED RESULT
Do not close the system Settings window, and as the mouse scrolls, the Settings
menu moves up and down
