SUMMARY

Package updates wont go through due to conflicts after updating to Noble

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Noble after a long time
2. Click update all in discover
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Package failed to install:

Error while installing package: trying to overwrite
'/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libAppStreamQt.so.3', which is also in package
libappstreamqt-3

EXPECTED RESULT

Update finished lol
