Tokodon already does this, but the UX isn't super obvious (related to this
issue I guess 😅) Tokodon will put the UI languages at the top, so if you have
your system set to "German, French, fallback to English" then it would put
those at the top. Mastodon has a preferred posting language, I need to
double-check if we can read/write that.
