SUMMARY
Graphical glitch appears on one monitor. It happens often with the mouse cursor
and visible everywhere on that screen when the system is under load. Some
application aren't really affected though on the relevant screen.

Both monitor (16:9 and 4:3) are connected to two GPUs.
