Title bar with buttons in the wrong position and not operational
SUMMARY
Starting from a maximized screen, after entering and exiting Fullscreen mode,
the title bar has all its buttons in the wrong position and inoperative.
I see this in all the applications I have tested that support Fullscreen mode.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open app (Kate, Dolphin, Okular, Libre Office, VLC ...)
2. Maximize window
3. Alt + F3 > More Actions > Fullscreen (to enter Fullscreen mode)
4. Alt + F3 > More Actions > Fullscreen (to exit Fullscreen mode)
OBSERVED RESULT
The 4 buttons in the title bar (Window control, Minimize, Maximize/Restore,
Close) are only half visible with only the lower half of the buttons showing.
A click on them does nothing.
The title is in the right place.
A double click on the title bar restores the position of the window from being
maximized and everything is back to normal. All buttons are in place and work
correctly.
EXPECTED RESULT
All title bar buttons operational and in their correct place
