Hi. Yes, I can reproduce it on a brand-new account on the same system. I'm on
Plasma 6.4.0 as 6.4.1 is still not available on Fedora 42. I must notice that
at least with the new user I didn't hear anything when logging in, but I still
hear the sound effect for password dialogs.
