Wrong arrow placement for Next button

SUMMARY

The attachment is from

it seems the same issue happened here with KISS similar to the one I reported
for Welcome Center https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=502726, is there a way
to prevent this issue from occurring in the future? Thanks.
