This isn't really fixable, unfortunately. The button gets squished to fit
within the height of the row, and in this case, the row is short.

We could make the icon get smaller in this case, but then people would complain
about the buttons having inconsistent icon sizes.

I don't think this is a case where there's a clear improvement.
