SUMMARY
Welcome App panel blank without any texts or buttons

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Installed Nobara 42 successfully after formatting on my PC
2.  Nobara 42  initially all OK . infront of the Welcome panel the Updating
panel appeared for updating.
3.  Then Restarted after update completion.
4.  Now the Welcome App panel looked blank. No categories. No texts. No Launch
buttons.
5.  Tried second time after re-formating.
6.  No improvement. The same old way an empty Welcome panel started appearing
after the update process.
7.  So this feed back i am giving . 
      As I am new to Linux ,  not able to enclose photo / snip
