Currently, we get the popup as in the screenshot attached.

This tells the user nothing about the invalid SSL certificate.

1. Specify which tab this is occurring in
2. Specify the address for invalid SSL certs
3. Specify what about the certificate is invalid: is it not for the requested
address, is it expired, is it not valid yet?
