Summary: 0% brightness is like 8% and GPU usage not displayed
                    correctly
    Classification: I don't know

      Version First unspecified

SUMMARY

After updating to 6.4, setting brightness to 0% is like 8%, increasing to 1%
make it dimmer (actually what 0% should have looked like).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set brightness to 0%

OBSERVED RESULT

0% is very bright (like 8% brightness) than it is supposed to be.

EXPECTED RESULT

normal, 0% is very dim and gets bright when increasing the slider.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.8.3
Kernel Version: 6.15.7-100.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Not sure if relevant, but I think the issue is with GPU, after updating (I was
on 6.3.3), it worked normally, but I think I was using an integrated graphics
(AMD), when I was checking "About this system" in settings, it didn't show the
discrete GPU (Nvidia). Now it does show both. I also checked "System Monitor"
and it is stuck on 50% whatever I do, and in "History" tab "GPU 2 usage" is 0%
and GPU 3 usage is 100%" always.
