Bug demonstration in KWrite and Kitty

SUMMARY
After quickly pressing Ctrl+Shift+V and then Enter multiple times in a row,
sometimes one of the pressed keys will "stick". This is system-wide.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any program (with a text field to have visual indication when the bug
occurs).
2. Repeatedly press Ctrl+Shift+V and then Enter.
3. Observe the effect.
