SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open KDE plasma Vaults
2. create a vault ( i made one then removed it, and created two ).
3. add folders, create folders, and etc.
4. here is the tricky part because i was abit sleepy i dont remember if
unmounted the vaults and shutted down my laptop or left them open, but i think
i unmounted them because i normally do that to everything mounted but its best
check.

OBSERVED RESULT

-Now comes the part that i don't understand, when i opened my laptop again, the
vaults were gone and i was left with vaults saying no vaults have been set.
-i then tried create a new one but nothing , the button rendered useless
-i tried removing the widget but still i was left with one opened even though i
am sure i removed all vault widgets from the panel

EXPECTED RESULT

-vaults to open normally
