SUMMARY
In messages/documentation-docs-kdenlive-org/ apparently .pot files have
changed, but corresponding elements in .po files have not been marked fuzzy.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I performed "posieve check-rules --skip-obsolete -s rfile:pology/lang/ca/
rules/restructuredtext.rules nl/messages/documentation-docs-kdenlive-org/"
and found 460 problems in the .po files in 
nl/messages/documentation-docs-kdenlive-org/

OBSERVED RESULT
Analyzing the errors I found changes in msgid lines like :ref: changed in 
:doc: without marking such an element as fuzzy.

EXPECTED RESULT
The corresponding elements in .po files should be marked fuzzy
